Inspired by the Las Culturistas Culture Awards’ wild celebration of food moments, this breakfast burger is an absurd, delicious mashup worthy of its own trophy. It’s got the ‘Egg McMuffin’ soul, the ‘Best Beef’ spirit, and a nod to the universal hype of the $46 burger you just have to try. We layer a juicy beef patty with sharp cheddar, crispy English muffin, fried egg, tangy kimchi, creamy avocado, spicy gochujang mayo, and peppery arugula. It’s playful, culture-packed, and pure breakfast chaos—just like the show. Eat it with your hands, vote it ‘Best Breakfast,’ and don’t forget to Instagram the yolk drip.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal patties, season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Add a thin slick of oil to the skillet and sear the burger patties for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned and just cooked through. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar and cover to melt.
  3. While burgers cook, toast English muffins until golden. Set aside.
  4. In a separate nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack in the eggs and fry until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Mix mayonnaise and gochujang in a small bowl to form the spicy mayo.
  6. To assemble: Spread gochujang mayo on the bottom half of each toasted muffin. Top with arugula, the cheesy burger patty, a fried egg, a spoonful of chopped kimchi, slices of avocado, and finish with the top muffin half.
  7. Serve immediately for peak runny yolk joy.
