  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the high-protein pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat until just smoking. Add ground turkey in a single layer and let sear undisturbed for 2 minutes to develop browning. Break up the turkey and continue cooking, tossing constantly, until just cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a plate.
  3. Return the skillet to high heat, add remaining oil, and when just smoking, add garlic and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir constantly for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccolini and a pinch of salt. Toss with a forward scooping motion for 2-3 minutes until broccolini is vibrant and crisp-tender.
  4. Add chicken broth and cook, stirring, until mostly evaporated, 2-3 minutes. Return turkey to the pan, add drained pasta, and toss to combine. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon zest and Parmesan. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve immediately, topped with extra Parmesan and fresh black pepper.
