This wok stir-fry is a flavor-packed, veggie-forward dinner that skips the chicken and leans into a balanced blend of beef and tofu for a high-protein, satisfying meal. The combination of marinated beef and golden-seared tofu means you get both rich umami and a creamy bite, while a medley of broccoli and peppers brings color, crunch, and nutrition. Inspired by expert wok techniques, this recipe ensures maximum flavor with minimal fuss—preheating the wok for that elusive 'wok hei,' layering aromatics, and finishing with a drizzle of sesame oil for depth. Perfect for a cool California evening, it's a healthier, protein-rich dish that feels comforting and fresh.
