Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp cornstarch. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes to velvet the meat.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large wok or deep skillet over high heat until just smoking. Add half the chicken and stir-fry, tossing constantly with a scooping motion, until cooked through and slightly charred (about 4 minutes). Remove and repeat with remaining chicken. Set aside.
  3. Add tofu cubes to the wok and sear until golden on all sides (about 4 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium-high. Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  5. Add broccoli and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Return chicken and tofu to the wok.
  6. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour sauce over stir-fry. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through and coated.
  7. Turn off heat. Drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice or as is.
