In a small bowl, toss diced grilled chicken breast with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Warm the black beans in a small saucepan until heated through. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
Lay each tortilla flat. In the center, layer half the chicken, half the beans, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup pico de gallo, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, and half of the avocado slices per tortilla.
