Unroll the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish. Trim and crimp the edges if desired.
Line the crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Blind bake for 10 minutes, then remove weights and paper. Bake for another 5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
