  3. Add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Stir in the zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender but still bright green.
  5. Reduce the heat to low. Make two 'wells' in the beef mixture and spoon cottage cheese into each well. Cover the skillet and let heat for 2-3 minutes, until the cottage cheese is just warmed through.
