Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender.
Drain the green beans and immediately plunge them into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking and preserve their color. Drain again and pat dry.
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Add the cooled green beans and sliced stone fruit to the bowl. Toss gently to coat everything in the dressing.
