  2. Cook chicken breasts in the skillet for about 6-8 minutes per side, until deeply browned and cooked through. Remove from pan, rest 5 minutes, then dice or shred.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and remaining spices and salt. Cook, breaking up meat, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. While the meats cook, warm black beans in a saucepan or microwave until hot. Heat brown rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
  5. To assemble bowls: Layer rice, black beans, cooked chicken, and turkey. Top with pico de gallo, fresh cilantro, and a big squeeze of lime. Serve immediately, letting everyone build their own bowl for fun.
