Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 15 minutes.
