Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a baking stone or sheet pan inside to heat up.
  2. Roll or stretch the pizza dough out on a lightly floured surface to a 12-inch round. Transfer to a piece of parchment paper for easy transfer.
  3. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add the diced Spam and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy on all sides, 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with crispy Spam, pineapple chunks, and jalapeño slices. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the toppings.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated stone or pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Immediately after baking, drizzle apple cider vinegar over the pizza to balance the richness. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Slice and serve hot.
